Expands the window for quitting unsuitable work without losing UI benefits from 30 calendar days to 10 weeks after starting the job

Allows employees to quit and remain eligible for UI benefits when relocating with a spouse required to move by any employer, not just U.S. armed forces members on active duty

Takes effect on the first Sunday of the 2nd month following publication
