Requires all public high schools to serve as voter registration sites for enrolled students and staff members, reinstating provisions repealed by 2011 Wisconsin Act 240

Municipal clerks and school boards must jointly appoint at least one qualified elector at each public high school as a special school registration deputy

Students and staff may register to vote on any day classes are regularly held, with deputies forwarding completed forms to the appropriate municipal clerk

Registration forms for students who will turn 18 before the next election must be filed so they are automatically registered upon reaching voting age

Private high schools and tribal schools may request a special registration deputy if they have a substantial number of students residing in the municipality
