Wage cap for benefit eligibility increases from $500 to $672 for weeks beginning January 4, 2026 through January 2, 2027, with annual CPI adjustments starting January 3, 2027

Annual CPI adjustments calculated using the percentage difference between 12-month periods ending July 31 of the prior two years, rounded to the nearest whole dollar

If CPI does not increase year-over-year, the maximum benefit and wage cap remain at the previous year's levels

Department must publish weekly benefit rate schedules on its website showing quarterly wages and corresponding benefit rates
