Elections Commission must establish an election day accessibility checklist for officials to assess whether polling places present barriers preventing individuals with disabilities from voting, with immediate notification required to chief inspectors or municipal clerks of any limitations found.

The accessibility checklist must be created before the 2027 spring election and updated within 12 months following each biennial report on voting impediments faced by elderly and disabled individuals.

Elections Commission must provide uniform instructions for content and placement of curbside voting signs notifying voters with disabilities they can receive ballots and assistance at polling place entrances, published before the 2027 spring election.

Updates statutory language from "handicapped" to "individuals with disabilities" in provisions regarding the biennial report on voting impediments.
