Authorizes skateboard use on roadways under local authority jurisdiction, subject to any restrictions imposed by municipal ordinance

Prohibits skateboard use on roadways under Department of Transportation jurisdiction, except when crossing at crosswalks

Requires skateboard riders on roadways to ride in a careful and prudent manner with due regard for the safety of all persons

Prohibits skateboard riders from attaching themselves or their skateboards to any vehicle on a roadway
