Creates an evidentiary protection prohibiting statements or evidence related to prostitution from being used in prosecution when a person contacts law enforcement, ambulance, EMS practitioners, or health care providers to report a non-prostitution crime or seek medical care for themselves

Extends the same evidentiary protection when a person seeks medical care or reports a crime on behalf of another person, shielding that other person from prostitution prosecution based on the resulting statements or evidence

Applies to both prostitution and attempted prostitution charges under Wisconsin statute 944.30
