State and local government officials, employees, and law enforcement officers are prohibited from aiding in the detention of individuals solely on the basis of alleged unlawful presence in the United States at protected locations

Protected locations include public buildings and facilities, schools, places of worship, child care facilities, and medical or health care facilities

Employees or persons lawfully present at protected locations cannot be required to provide access or assist federal officials with immigration-related detentions without a properly executed judicial warrant

State agencies are prohibited from expending any funds to aid in immigration-related detentions where unlawful presence is the sole basis for detention

The restrictions do not apply when federal officials present a properly executed judicial warrant
