Requires the Department of Natural Resources to establish and administer a chronic wasting disease sampling station program, including self-service kiosks where hunters can drop off deer carcass parts for testing

Codifies into state statute an existing DNR program for chronic wasting disease surveillance in wild deer and elk populations

Appropriates $1,000,000 total for the program during the 2025-27 fiscal biennium ($500,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2026-27)

Authorizes DNR to contract with private entities to conduct the sampling and to pay these entities on a per-sample basis
