Requires DOT to procure and erect signs marking the Mississippi River Trail within 18 months after all municipalities along the Great River Road route approve resolutions supporting the trail and confirming the route

DOT must notify the Legislative Reference Bureau once all municipal resolutions are approved, and LRB must publish the confirmation date in the Wisconsin administrative register

Allows DOT to request supplemental appropriation from Joint Committee on Finance for sign procurement and erection without requiring JCF to find an emergency exists
