Prohibits the sale of food products containing cultured animal cells or tissue ("lab-grown meat") unless labeled with "lab-grown meat" in prominent, contrasting lettering at least as large as other text on the package

Requires packaged lab-grown meat products to include a complete ingredient list, with multi-component packages displaying the phrase in at least 20-point type on each component containing lab-grown meat

Bans serving lab-grown meat as a meat substitute at public eating places unless specifically ordered by the customer, and prohibits serving it at state institutions except when medically necessary as directed by a physician

First-time violations carry fines of $100-$500 and/or up to 3 months imprisonment; subsequent offenses carry fines of $500-$1,000 and/or 6 months to 1 year imprisonment
