Expands the definition of "examination costs" for sexual assault forensic examinations to include HIV prophylaxis (PrEP/PEP) when the examiner believes HIV exposure could result from the sex offense

Adds coverage for medications that prevent or treat sexually transmitted diseases believed to be a consequence of the sex offense during the examination process

Requires applicants seeking compensation to submit medical reports that now include documentation of any prophylaxis provided or prescribed during treatment

Limits medical record submissions to only those pertaining to the examination, treatment, procedure, prophylaxis, or medication for which compensation is sought

Amends Wisconsin Statutes sections 949.20(3) and 949.24(3) governing victim compensation for sexual assault forensic examinations
