Department of Public Instruction must collaborate with Wisconsin nonprofit organizations to develop and implement professional development for K-12 science teachers during the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years

DPI may provide science equipment at no cost to participating teachers for classroom use when equipment is related to the professional development training

DPI must submit a report to the legislature by October 1, 2027, detailing the number of participants, equipment provided, and organizations that delivered the training

DPI must submit a funding request to the Joint Committee on Finance within 45 days of the bill's effective date to access funds appropriated under 2025 Wisconsin Act 15 (the biennial budget)
