A "virtual school" is defined as a school where all or part of instruction is delivered via the Internet, with students and instructional staff geographically remote from each other

Adds new eligibility criteria requiring private schools to not be virtual schools in order to receive parental choice program funding

Takes effect beginning with the 2026-27 school year
