Creates a sales and use tax exemption for firearms (including accessories, attachments, and parts), bows and arrows for archery, crossbows (including accessories), and ammunition sold on July 4 and during the third week of December

Amends Wisconsin statutes 77.52(13) and 77.53(10) to add the new exemption to the list of sales that do not require an exemption certificate

Creates new statute section 77.54(76) establishing the specific exemption provisions

Takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month after publication
