Expands naturopathic doctors' scope of practice to allow prescribing, dispensing, and administering prescription drugs, but prohibits them from prescribing Schedule I or II controlled substances

Requires naturopathic doctors to maintain malpractice liability insurance at levels specified for health care providers under s. 655.23(4), with exemptions for government employees acting within their scope of employment

Authorizes naturopathic doctors to provide expedited partner therapy for patients diagnosed with chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trichomoniasis, and grants civil immunity for properly administered treatment

Adds naturopathic doctors to exemptions allowing health care practitioners to purchase more than 7.5 grams of pseudoephedrine within a 30-day period

Takes effect 30 days after publication; changes do not apply to limited-scope naturopathic doctors
