Increases the maximum annual compensation threshold for volunteer firefighters, emergency medical services practitioners, and emergency medical responders to hold elective office in the same municipality from $25,000 to $35,000 in communities with population of 5,000 or less

Raises the compensation threshold from $15,000 to $25,000 for these emergency personnel in municipalities with population greater than 5,000

Compensation limits include fringe benefits and apply to annual earnings from one or more emergency response positions

Amends Wisconsin statute 66.0501(4)(a) governing compatibility of dual office-holding in cities, villages, and towns
