Prohibits telecommunications providers from purchasing, renting, leasing, or maintaining critical telecommunications infrastructure containing equipment manufactured by foreign adversaries (China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela) or equipment on the FCC's prohibited list

Requires removal of existing prohibited equipment in accordance with the federal program established under 47 USC 1601

Mandates annual certification to the Public Service Commission by January 15 confirming compliance with equipment prohibitions

Providers with prohibited equipment must report geographic coordinates, service coverage areas, and replacement plans to the PSC

PSC must produce and publish a statewide map showing locations of prohibited equipment and submit an annual report by February 15 to the governor and legislature
