Prohibits possessing, selling, purchasing, installing, or using registration plate concealment devices on motor vehicles in Wisconsin

Defines concealment devices as manual, electronic, or mechanical devices that switch between plates, obstruct/conceal plates, or alter plate appearance to prevent reading

Authorizes impoundment of vehicles equipped with concealment devices, with return to owner upon payment of towing and impoundment costs

Establishes penalties of up to $1,000 fine, up to 90 days imprisonment, or both for violations

Effective November 2, 2025 (day after publication date of November 1, 2025)
