Raises nonresident fishing license fees by $10-$40, with annual licenses increasing from $54.25 to $64.25, one-day licenses from $14.25 to $24.25, and sturgeon spearing from $64.25 to $104.25

Increases nonresident trapping license fees from $149.25 to $189.25 and taxidermist permits from $100 to $140

Establishes a minimum $19.85 fee for daily nonresident vehicle admission receipts at state parks and recreational areas

Takes effect March 1, 2026
