Requires manufacturers to submit each product batch to an independent accredited laboratory for testing to certify cannabinoid content, absence of contaminants (mold, solvents, pesticides, heavy metals), and compliance with delta-9-THC concentration limits (not more than 0.3% or up to 1% if allowed federally)

Mandates detailed product labeling including manufacturer information, batch number, serving size, cannabinoid profile, ingredients, potency in milligrams, and warning statements about health risks, impairment, and drug testing

Requires child-resistant packaging without features appealing to children (cartoon characters, candy-like appearance) and tamper-evident containers, with products accompanied by a certificate of analysis accessible via QR code

Limits THC-containing beverages to 10 milligrams per serving, with nonresealable containers restricted to a maximum of 2 servings per container
