Prohibits condemnation of property for developing or operating wind energy facilities or solar energy facilities in Wisconsin

Bans "foreign principals" from acquiring, owning, or holding any interest in real property in the state, either directly or indirectly

Defines foreign adversaries as China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela under the Maduro regime

Foreign principals include foreign adversary governments and officials, citizens without U.S. permanent residency or valid visas, foreign-organized businesses, investment funds controlled by adversaries, and entities with 50% or more ownership by these parties

Requires divestiture within 180 days for persons determined to be foreign principals after the effective date, with violations resulting in forfeiture of property to the state; applies only to interests acquired after the act takes effect
