Ratifies Wisconsin's entry into the Dietitian Licensure Compact, allowing licensed dietitians to practice across member states through a "compact privilege" without obtaining separate licenses in each state

Creates the Dietitian Licensure Compact Commission, a joint governmental agency composed of one delegate from each member state's licensing authority, with powers to promulgate rules, collect fees, and maintain a coordinated data system for licensure and disciplinary information

Requires dietitians seeking compact privileges to hold an unencumbered home state license, meet education and examination requirements (including registered dietitian status or equivalent credentials), and comply with each remote state's laws and jurisprudence requirements

Establishes that adverse actions taken against a dietitian's home state license automatically revoke compact privileges in all member states until encumbrances are removed

Takes effect when enacted by seven states; allows Wisconsin to withdraw by repealing the statute, with withdrawal effective 180 days after repeal
