Expands Wisconsin Shares child care subsidy eligibility to include child care providers operating in Indian country under the licensing authority of federally recognized American Indian tribes or bands in Wisconsin

Requires tribal-regulated providers to enter into an agreement with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to receive Wisconsin Shares payments

Mandates that providers and their tribe or band submit attestation forms confirming compliance with federal Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) requirements under 42 USC 9858 and 45 CFR Part 98

Adds tribal-regulated child care as an option eligible families can select alongside DCF-licensed centers, certified family providers, and school board programs

Authorizes DCF to establish additional requirements by rule for tribal-regulated provider participation
