Prohibits prosecution or juvenile delinquency adjudication of individuals under age 18 for committing acts of prostitution, which is currently classified as a Class A misdemeanor

Eliminates the court's option to enter consent decrees under the Juvenile Justice Code or deferred prosecution agreements for minors who commit prostitution offenses

Removes prostitution (s. 944.30 (1m)) from the list of offenses requiring juveniles to submit DNA biological specimens to state crime laboratories

Preserves the ability for individuals previously convicted or adjudicated delinquent for prostitution under the old law to petition courts for expungement or vacating of those records

Applies only to violations committed on or after the effective date of the act
