Department of Administration must establish an online clearinghouse providing information for small businesses in Wisconsin

DOA must coordinate with Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, Departments of Workforce Development and Revenue, local governments, and local economic development organizations

Clearinghouse must include information on bidding opportunities for state and local government contracts and public or private economic development programs offering small business benefits

Required content includes courses of instruction, networking opportunities, and events encouraging small business establishment, development, and expansion

Must provide information on licensing, permit, and authorization requirements as well as tax, fee, and assessment obligations imposed by state or local governments
