Prohibits insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and utilization review organizations from requiring step therapy protocols for drugs prescribed to treat metastatic cancer or cancer-associated conditions

Qualifying drugs must meet three criteria: FDA-approved, consistent with best practices for treating metastatic cancer, and supported by peer-reviewed evidence-based research

Defines "metastatic cancer" as cancer that has spread from the primary site to nearby tissues, lymph nodes, or other body areas

Defines "cancer-associated condition" as any symptom or side effect of metastatic cancer or its treatment that a health care provider determines would further jeopardize patient health if untreated

Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 632.866, which currently regulates step therapy protocols and requires insurers to provide exception request processes
