Creates a new "farm to fork" grant program through DATCP to connect non-school entities with cafeterias (businesses, universities, hospitals) to local farms for locally produced foods, with $200,000 in biennial GPR funding

Appropriates $250,000 annually to the Department of Public Instruction to provide state matching funds for the federal farm to school program under 42 USC 1769(g)(3)

Modifies existing farm to school grants to give preference to school districts with high percentages of students eligible for free or reduced-price meals under federal law

Authorizes farm to fork grants for projects that expand local food production, processing, marketing, and distribution; create or renovate facilities; train food service personnel and farmers; and provide nutritional and agricultural education

Adds 1.0 FTE position at DATCP to administer the farm to fork program and increases farm to school grant funding by $16,800 per fiscal year
