Appropriates $500,000 annually from the general fund to the Department of Natural Resources for activities related to the Groundwater Coordinating Council

Increases the UW System Board of Regents appropriation by $500,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2026-27 for Groundwater Coordinating Council activities

Total new funding of $1 million per year split equally between DNR and UW System

Groundwater Coordinating Council advises and assists state agencies in coordinating nonregulatory groundwater programs and information exchange
