Expands existing law prohibiting false 911 calls to also cover false text messages sent to 911 reporting emergencies the sender knows do not exist

First offense penalty: fine of $100 to $600, imprisonment up to 90 days, or both

Repeat offense within 4 years of first offense: Class H felony
