Prohibits law enforcement agencies from providing, arranging, or reimbursing "warrior-style training" for officers, defined as training that dehumanizes people or encourages aggressive conduct that de-emphasizes human life or constitutional rights and increases likelihood of deadly force use

Bars state agencies and law enforcement agencies from contracting with organizations that provide warrior-style training to officers

Prevents the Law Enforcement Standards Board from granting certification or recertification credit for courses involving warrior-style training

Explicitly exempts aikido training from all prohibitions, allowing agencies to provide, reimburse, and grant credit for aikido courses
