Requires the Department of Public Instruction to maintain a free, publicly searchable online licensing portal on its website, accessible by name and license number

Portal must display names of all license holders currently under DPI investigation

Investigation outcomes must be publicly posted, including cases where license holders voluntarily surrendered their license during an investigation

Names of individuals whose licenses are revoked by DPI must be included in the portal

Amends existing law which only required posting names of those under investigation and those with revoked licenses, now adding investigation outcome transparency
