Prohibits criminal prosecution, fines, or imprisonment against a woman for the outcome of her own pregnancy, including stillbirth, miscarriage, abortion, or any pregnancy outcome not resulting in a live birth

Bars law enforcement officers and agencies from investigating a person as a crime suspect based on any pregnancy outcome they experienced

Requires law enforcement to obtain consent from the pregnant person before investigating crimes related to someone else's pregnancy outcome

Prohibits state, local, and federal pass-through funds from being used to investigate a person as a crime suspect due to their pregnancy outcome

Excludes fetal tissue from pregnancy outcomes (other than live birth or stillbirth) from the definition of "corpse" under statutes on mutilating/hiding corpses and concealing a child's death
