Creates a sales and use tax exemption for movie projectors sold to movie theaters in Wisconsin

Exemption is capped at $2,000,000 in cumulative foregone tax revenue; Department of Revenue must notify the Legislative Reference Bureau when this threshold is reached

Exemption automatically expires after 2 years (25 months from effective date) or 3 months after the $2,000,000 cap is reached, whichever occurs first

Takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month after publication
