Increases appropriations to $2,073,400 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $2,097,900 in fiscal year 2026-27

Adds 1.0 full-time GPR position to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection for program administration

Maintains existing spending allocation requirements: $2,500,000 for one objective, $1,250,000 each for two other program objectives
