Replaces the term "remote dispensing site" with "remotely supervised pharmacy" throughout Wisconsin pharmacy statutes

Allows pharmaceutical services to be provided without a pharmacist physically present at the pharmacy location

Remotely supervised pharmacies are excluded from counting as community or institutional pharmacies for managing pharmacist limitations

Maintains Pharmacy Examining Board authority to promulgate rules governing remotely supervised pharmacies, including exemptions from standard pharmacy requirements

Repeals specific location-based restrictions (previously in 450.09 (2) (b) 1. a. to d.) that limited where pharmacies could operate without a pharmacist present
