Department of Justice will administer a grant program providing $2,500,000 biennially ($1,250,000 per fiscal year) to nonprofit organizations serving human trafficking victims

Eligible support services include victim advocacy, safety planning, housing, substance use disorder treatment, medical and behavioral health care, job training, and employment support

Nonprofits providing housing services may receive up to $125,000 per biennium; those providing only non-housing support services may receive up to $50,000 per biennium

Grant applicants must provide private matching funds equal to at least 50% of the grant amount and submit a plan describing coordination with local law enforcement

Preference given to applicants with established law enforcement relationships, licensed service capacity, and ability to serve the greatest number of trafficking victims
