Requires the Department of Workforce Development to permit minors aged 16 and older to operate pizza-dough rollers, creating an exception to current rules prohibiting minors from operating power-driven bakery machines

Mandates specific safety requirements: the machine design must prevent fingers, hands, and clothing from being caught; gears must be completely enclosed; and microswitches must disengage machinery if backs or sides are removed

Prohibits minors from setting up, adjusting, repairing, oiling, or cleaning the pizza-dough roller—operation only

Requires compliance with federal safeguards specified in 29 CFR 570.62(b)(2) in addition to state-mandated safety conditions
