Raises the age limit from 16 to 18 for admitting audiovisual recordings of a child's statement as evidence in court proceedings under Wisconsin statute 908.08

Changes the timing requirement so that the recording must have been made before the child's 18th birthday, rather than requiring the trial to commence before that age

Expands the "interests of justice" review provision to apply to children ages 12 to 17 (previously 12 to 15) when courts determine whether to admit such recordings

Applies only to legal actions commenced on or after the effective date of the act
