Prohibits the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) from quarantining animals belonging to species known to neither carry nor be susceptible to chronic wasting disease (CWD) based solely on CWD exposure

Specifically protects farm-raised fallow deer (Dama dama) from quarantine based solely on exposure to CWD

Amends existing statutes governing wild elk importation to reference the new quarantine restrictions
