Removes the requirement that livestock premises registration information be submitted using standards and guidelines from the National Animal Identification Plan (NAIP) developed by the USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service

Livestock keepers must still register with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection and report the type of livestock and type of operation at each location

Classified as remedial legislation requested by DATCP to update statutes by eliminating reference to a federal program (NAIP) that is no longer in effect

Amends Wisconsin statute 95.51 (2) (b) 4. relating to livestock premises registration requirements
