Elections Commission required to automatically register all eligible Wisconsin electors using Department of Transportation records, with initial registration of all eligible voters to be completed by July 1, 2029

DOT must transfer driver's license and ID card holder information to the Elections Commission at least monthly, including name, address, date of birth, license number, and citizenship documentation

Individuals may opt out of automatic registration when applying for or renewing a driver's license or ID card, or may request deletion from the voter rolls at any time

Elections Commission must notify individuals by mail when added to the registration list, with notices printed in English, Spanish, and other languages spoken by significant numbers of residents

Commission must report to legislature by July 1, 2028 on implementation progress and assess feasibility of integrating voter registration data with other state agencies including Health Services, Revenue, UW System, and technical colleges
