Allows students to use expired student identification cards for voting if they provide proof of current enrollment at the university or college

Removes the requirement to show proof of enrollment when using an unexpired student ID card, addressing a 7th Circuit Court ruling (Luft v. Evers, 2020) that found the dual requirement unconstitutional

Student ID cards must contain the date of issuance, student's signature, and an expiration date no later than 2 years after issuance

Requires all University of Wisconsin System institutions and technical colleges to issue voter-compliant student ID cards by August 1, 2026
