Removes "personal conviction" as a valid reason to waive immunization requirements for students attending elementary, middle, junior, or senior high schools, child care centers, and nursery schools in Wisconsin

Retains only health and religious reasons as acceptable grounds for immunization waivers

Applies to required vaccines for mumps, measles, rubella, diphtheria, whooping cough, poliomyelitis, tetanus, and other diseases specified by the Department of Health Services

Amends statutes 49.155 (1m)(br) and 252.04 (3) to strike personal conviction exemption language
