Renames the "Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board" to the "Strengthening Families Board" throughout Wisconsin statutes

The board remains attached to the Department of Children and Families and retains its 20-member composition

All existing board functions continue unchanged, including awarding grants for child abuse prevention programs, administering statewide prevention projects, and operating the family resource center grant program

Amends multiple statutory sections (15.205, 20.433, 48.651, 48.67, 48.982, and 253.15) to reflect the name change
