Expands the existing Higher Educational Aids Board (HEAB) tuition reimbursement program to cover community paramedics and community emergency medical services practitioners

Individuals or their employers can receive reimbursement for tuition and materials costs incurred in completing DHS-approved training programs for these certifications

Eligibility requires satisfactory completion of the training program and receiving approval from the Department of Health Services

Builds on 2025 Wisconsin Act 35, which created the original reimbursement program for emergency medical responders and EMS practitioners

Reimbursement applications must be submitted to HEAB on a prescribed form
