Recognizes Wisconsin biathlon competitors Deedra Irwin (Pulaski) and Paul Schommer (Appleton), Nordic combined athlete Ben Loomis (Eau Claire), and speedskater Jordan Stolz (Kewaskum)

Honors four Wisconsin wheelchair curling Paralympic athletes: Steve Emt (DeForest), Dan Rose (Tomah), Laura Dwyer (Oconomowoc), and Matt Thums (Ogema)

Acknowledges additional Wisconsin competitors in sled hockey (Liam Cunningham), bobsled (Jadin O'Brien), and luge (Marcus Mueller), plus Madison-born athletes and University of Wisconsin alumnae on the U.S. Women's Ice Hockey Team
