Creates new Section 1m of Article I of the Wisconsin Constitution establishing that "the people have an individual and fundamental right to privacy" as "a necessary part of a free society"

First consideration passage by the 2025-2026 Legislature; requires adoption by the next legislature (2027-2028) and ratification by voters to take effect

Must be published for three months prior to the next general election before referral to the succeeding legislature
