Acknowledges Agent Orange causes serious health conditions including leukemia, lymphoma, heart disease, diabetes, and various cancers, as well as genetic damage affecting children and grandchildren of exposed veterans

Highlights that veterans who die from Agent Orange-related illnesses are not recognized as fatalities of the Vietnam War on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial
