Amends the West Virginia Real Estate License Act regarding office requirements for out-of-state real estate brokers

Creates an exception allowing non-resident brokers to operate in West Virginia without maintaining a physical office in the state, provided they maintain a definite place of business in their home jurisdiction

Removes previous language that tied the office exemption to reciprocity agreements between the West Virginia Real Estate Commission and other states

Resident brokers must still maintain a definite place of business within West Virginia and obtain proper licensing for any branch offices
