Waives license plate and vehicle registration fees for volunteer firefighters on one personal vehicle after they have completed at least five years of service

Requires eligible firefighters to submit an annual affidavit from their fire chief confirming their participation for five or more years

Excludes commercial vehicles owned or operated by the volunteer firefighter from the fee waiver

Does not apply to fees for special registration plates issued under existing special plate provisions
